“Conflict arises out of the absence of understanding. We teach people how to put aside the stories they tell themselves, thereby allowing them to see common goals that bring about compromise and resolution,” Carla Pike, Executive Director, Vantage Pointe.

Conflict Management Workshop – one of the most valuable requirements someone in a supervisory position should possess, and a skill that is rarely considered when hiring, or trained for when promoting someone within an organization.  LCFHRA is pleased to sponsor this full-day workshop by Vantage Pointe, to give you the specific steps to follow for diffusing difficult situations – in any environment. This program is for HR folks, first line supervisors, executive staff or anyone who wants to learn a more effective way to manage conflict. Vantage Pointe is a non-profit organization based in Wilmington, NC, that offers Mediation, Facilitation, and Training to both the public and private sector.

Join us for this engaging, timely and much requested program.
