How do you measure success when it’s people you’re measuring? One of the biggest challenges facing HR professionals is measuring talent, “people” improvements, leadership growth and career development. The C-suite and finance teams continually ask for ROI on qualitative or “soft skill” measurements – and you are faced with how to demonstrate the programs you’ve put in place have the effect you (and they) want for the organization
In this session, we’ll start at the beginning. What programs do you have that you must measure for success? We’ll look at how to compare the before and after of a program – in a quantitative (numeric) way that can be aligned with a budget or ROI. We’ll talk about the basics of measuring success using numbers and words. You’ll learn ways to translate – ways to turn the numbers into results – that other business partners can value.
Dr. Ashley Lesko, SHRM-CP has a multi-faceted background - from working in the military as a Naval Officer to leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies, to educating students at colleges and universities.
