How do you measure success when it’s people you’re measuring? One of the biggest challenges facing HR professionals is measuring talent, “people” improvements, leadership growth and career development. The C-suite and finance teams continually ask for ROI on qualitative or “soft skill” measurements – and you are faced with how to demonstrate the programs you’ve put in place have the effect you (and they) want for the organization

Important SHRM chapter designation information for LKNHR members!

National SHRM members, please designate LakeNormanHR, Inc. as your local SHRM affilliate chapter (Chapter #0756).  Here's why: LKNHR receives support from SHRM based on how many LKNHR National SHRM members designate us as their local chapter. The more support LakeNormanHR receives from SHRM, the more benefits are passed on to you. For LKNHR to remain as an affiliate SHRM chapter, at least 50% of our members must be national SHRM members. Your support can help us achieve these two goals. Just click HERE and complete the online form. It's that easy!
